ICANA is the umbrella organization for all national Anthroposophic Nurses Associations. ICANA supports its members in developing Anthroposophic Nursing within their national health systems. ICANA promotes and sponsors the International Forum for Anthroposophic Nursing within the Medical Section of the School of Spiritual Science.

On behalf of the International Forum ICANA runs a bureau for certification and accreditation in order to assure the quality of educational and training programs in Anthroposophic Nursing.
