The International Council of Anthroposophic Nursing Associations (ICANA) is the umbrella organization for all national and individual anthroposophic nursing association members. ICANA supports its members in developing anthroposophic nursing within their national health systems.

ICANA promotes and finances the activities of the International Forum for Anthroposophic Nursing (IFAN). On behalf of IFAN, ICANA oversees a bureau for certification and accreditation to ensure the quality of educational and training programmes in anthroposophic nursing.
