The International Forum for Anthroposophic Nursing (IFAN), as a content provider, is responsible for its ‘own content’, which it makes available for use, in accordance with the general laws pursuant to Section 5 (1) of the German Teleservices Act. These own contents are to be distinguished from cross-references (‘links’) to contents provided by other providers. The International Forum for Anthroposophic Nursing (IFAN) thus makes ‘third-party content’ available for use through the cross-reference. It is only responsible for this third-party content if it has positive knowledge of it (i.e. also of illegal or criminal content) and it is technically possible and reasonable for it to prevent its use (Section 5 (2) of the Teleservices Act).
